Uniquely designed for students from Grade 1 - 4, our STEM Lab curriculum incorporates science in simple yet meaningful activities for children. Through this STEM Lab: Science Everywhere course, we invite our young scientists to be problem solvers and discoverers as they investigate the various fields of science such as Physics, Chemistry and Biology on their everyday world.

In these December edition classes, our young scientists will explore science by building floating tables, light twister, carrying out soil layers investigation and engineer their own pinball machine. It is our hope that young children will continue to stay curious as they realize how broad the application of science can be in our everyday lives.

Grade 1 - 2

Let's explore the science around us and see great things behind the simple things in our daily life! Here's the experiments we are going to do for December class. Four all-new and original STEM modules designed by our in-house researchers.

Grade 3 - 4

Students in Grades 3-4 will carry out more in-depth experiments and discussions with additional extensions to the experiments. It also features four all new and original STEM modules designed by our in-house researchers.

INVENTOR
Lab

INVENTOR Lab is designed with Grade 5-12 students in mind. If you are looking to pique your teenagers’ interest in understanding how devices work, look no further!

The topic in this December edition is "Make Your Own Mini Factory". Students will be introduced to the technological and operational principles behind a factory by building their own object sorting conveyor system! 

​

Students will gain basic understanding of the computing logic behind automated machines and get challenged to think about how automated systems can be useful for various applications.

​

The course module comes with a specially devised inventor tool kit to ensure that students get to experience what real engineers do and use in a simple and very safe ways. ​No prior experience is necessary.​


​

Note: level of difficulty will be adjusted according to age and level, i.e. the grade 11-12 students will learn in much more depth regarding the topics compared to the grade 5-6 students.
